Mr. Bill Herring holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Mr. Herring’s prior experience includes having served as the Director, Research and Development Specialty, for Seon Technologies, Inc. where he was responsible for planning and execution of research and development activities and where he developed a patented preventative maintenance management system. He subsequently moved to Webbsite, Inc., where he served as Research and Development Manager with responsibilities including the planning and management of all the company’s research and development efforts. Immediately prior to joining Beta-Rubicon, Mr. Herring was the founder and owner of a computer systems consulting company where he also performed various consulting tasks in the areas of electronic commerce, web site and application development, and project planning for a wide range of clients including Acxiom Inc., Georgia Pacific Corp., Southwestern Energy, Environmental Systems Company, and MIG International.

Mr. Herring’s responsibilities at Beta-Rubicon include planning and coordination of technology assessment projects, review and planning of company guidelines, practices, and procedures, and development and evolution of the company’s internal information and communication systems.
